1. The service

Crew Scheduler ("the Service"), operated by Crew Scheduler LLC, is software that helps contractors plan crew schedules and keep track of what their jobs need. It is an assistive, organizational tool.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

The Service helps you organize and track information you put into it. It does not make decisions for you and does not guarantee that any task, permit, order, inspection, reminder, or schedule will be completed, delivered, or correct. You remain responsible for your jobs, your crew, and your own professional judgment. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Your account and data

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crew Scheduler LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost work, missed deadlines, or business losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
